Payment
Paypal payments are required within 24 hours of purchase. If payment is not received your item will be re listed. Please contact me if you are unable to make your payment within 24 hours. I use pay pal shipping. Please make sure your pay pal address is correct. That is what will print on my shipping label.
Shipping
I only use pay pal for all domestic orders. I work full time outside of the home all orders will be shipped in a bubble wrap envelope with in 48 hours. All Domestic orders will have a delivery confirmation number. You will receive a email thru pay pal. All International orders will be shipped on Saturday. I have yet to have a package lost . Knock on wood. I know it does happen. Insurance is an option. I am not responsible once it leaves my hands at the post office.
Please note that my policy is on lost packages are pretty firm and will go case by case situation. Insurance is for your protection of a package getting lost. I do keep track of all custom forms that I do send out. I have heard of buyers tracking there package by the number on the customs form. Please email me if you would like it.
I consider a package lost after the following days have passed
Domestic (U.S): 21 days past shipping date
International: 45 days past shipping date
International ITALY: 60 days past shipping date
If by chance this does happen.You may be asked to complete a form for the claim.I can't file a lost package claim until the above days have past.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you feel the need to return an item, please do so within 7 days of receiving your item. Please email me and let me know . You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your item is received by me in its original condition and quantity I will be more then happy to refund your original purchase price, minus shipping thru paypal.
